May 11th Postage Increase
On May 11th the price of regular stamps is going up from 42¢ to 44¢. I wish they would just settle on a price, raise it, and stop bothering us with increases each year.
Nevertheless, what’s done is done.
If you are looking for ways to cut costs, get your wedding invites mailed before then, or just buy a large batch of Forever Stamps so you can pay the 42¢ whenever you mail them.
But keep in mind the Forever Stamps aren’t the pretty ones. There is only one Forever Stamp and it features the Liberty Bell. I have nothing to mail, but I’m still getting a ton of them.
