This is Why I Bought Off the Rack…
Yup, I bought my dress off the rack.
“Don’t worry” the snoody sales lady said, “plenty of people buy off the rack”, as she turned up her nose and headed off to the register.
I didn’t care though. I wanted my dress that day, in my hand, so I wouldn’t have to worry about shipping mishaps, delays, or anything of the sorts.
“Dozens of brides who were concerned that they wouldn’t get their dresses from a well-known Mandarin bridal shop after it suddenly went out of business have received their merchandise. However, several other customers who are preparing to tie the knot said they’re still trying to avoid a wedding dress disaster.”

I bought mine off the rack, too, and I’m glad I did - the store charges 2x more for fittings than my seamstress does, and I didn’t want to wait to have my dress.
